Luxury shepherds huts

Each of our exclusive shepherds huts offer boutique accommodation in their own secluded area with spectacular views of Northumberland to enjoy; car parking next to your hut and an outdoor fire pit for alfresco dining as well as an antique outdoor bath to relax in.

Although the huts have a rustic feel to them - made from solid reclaimed oak with hand forged wheels and sheep’s wool insulation - they are filled with luxurious features: crisp Eqyptian sheets, power showers, fridge, oven and hob as well as a wood burner and flushing toilet in every hut.

The huts range in size from our smallest - Dunmore which sleeps two, Hedgehope is a little more spacious but still sleeps two. The Hütte sleeps two in an impressive two-storey hut. Cheviot sleeps four (with children’s bunkbeds) and then our largest, Maylies, which sleeps five (two double beds and a bunk bed). They are all spaced far apart, giving each hut complete privacy.

Our location is remote! We’re in the middle of nowhere, offering a wonderful escape from everyday life and a chance to be surrounded by nature and nothing else.

The huts are surrounded by beautiful Northumberland farmland so as much as we love dogs we are unable to accommodate them as the huts are often surrounded by livestock.

Offering Swiss-style luxury in Northumberland, this two-storey magnificent shepherds hut delivers outstanding views and unforgettable sunrises.

Maylies >

Our largest and most luxurious shepherds hut. With 2 double beds and a small bunk bed. Sleeps 2 adults and 3 children or 4 adults. With a stargazing roof and outdoor bath.

Cheviot >

With a stargazing window above the Kingsize bed, you’ll be able to appreciate what’s so special about the dark skies in Northumberland.

Hedgehope >

Clad in green pitch pine with a large veranda and an outdoor antique French cast iron bath. Sleeps 2.

Dunmore >

Our most traditional hut situated in the paddock overlooking our flock of Valais Blacknose sheep, Sleeps 2.
